Returns

We hope that each piece you receive feels as special as it was designed to be. However, if something is not quite right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by any materials originally included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Custom-made designs

These items may only be considered in the case of a confirmed fault.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

We recommend contacting us prior to shipping your return, so we can suggest the most suitable method and help you avoid unnecessary charges.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding its approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, based on the courier tracking information.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
