Myrto Katramadou Designer

About Myrto

Myrto Katramadou creates contemporary, wearable pieces defined by clean lines, subtle symbolism, and a distinctive story.

"To me, a jewel is never just an object, it is a story waiting to be worn."

Origins & Aesthetic

Myrto Katramadou is a self-taught jewelry designer based in Athens. Born in Athens and raised between cultures — the daughter of a German mother and a Greek father who spent his early years in Egypt.

From early on, she was drawn to art, exploring the world through creativity. Many of her earliest memories are tied to the island of Naxos, whose light, landscapes, and quiet beauty continue to shape her aesthetic.

Wearing Stories

Her fascination with jewelry grew from a desire to preserve memories - to create jewels that hold meaning and can be cherished and passed down through generations.

Every jewel begins with an original sketch by Myrto. From this first drawing, she works closely with skilled artisans, staying involved at every stage until the design becomes a finished piece.

This close collaboration ensures that each creation reflects thoughtful design, careful craftsmanship, and enduring quality.

Two Worlds, One Center

Although she studied medicine, the two worlds she inhabits share the same center: the human being. In medicine, this connection is expressed through precision and responsibility; in jewelry, through freedom, emotion, and beauty.

Her designs are defined by quiet elegance, subtle symbolism, and forms inspired by nature and memory.

Each jewel is created to carry something personal,
meant to be worn, remembered, and passed through time
